Cauliflower Dum, Chickpea & Artichoke Masala, Simmered Kashmir Paneer, and Pistachio Rosewater Dumplings) (Mangoes & Curry Leaves)

This was delicious, but I went to a specialty Indian grocery for the ingredients, and it took two full days to make. I would make one dish or two, but the full meal is too labor intensive. I'll just go to Baba's.
1-16 Jim Shrimp Creole (Emeril's Potluck)

Shrimp Creole

Jim made this brunch style - served over toasted French bread and topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. So decadent. This is my favorite meal that Jim made. So much so that I asked him to make this for my birthday dinner. It didn't take Jim long to show that he is an excellent chef.

1-6 Robin's Fish Tacos (Love at First Bite)

Truly uninspiring. I also made a bread pudding from this book. It was also very bland. I don't recommend this cookbook. That makes me sad, because I had such high hopes for a cookbook with a vampire theme.
